ttc Norway are specialists in cooling and heating batteries

Production of heating and cooling batteries is one of key products for ttc's production in Norway. Heating and cooling batteries is manufactured by customer requirements and technical specifications and adapted to the batteries for the desired usage areas.

Computer-based calculation programs, which is developed internally and constantly updated for test results from the TTC's own laboratory, ensures together with the possibilities of combinations of a number of different materials and surface treatments, an optimal end product.

Tubesr in copper and aluminum louvres are now as before the most common material combination.
The proportion of cooling batteries, wholly or partly manufactured in stainless and stainless steel, is increasing.
Another part of the TTC's production, which increases sharply, is batteries with aluminum for amonium clorid.
Batteries are made with tubes of stainless steel or aluminum, welded by a special method.
A wide range of materials and combinations within these materials, makes us able to produce batteries for many applications. For special solutions we can deliverboth tubes in stainless steel and aluminum available in welded design.

Batteries are the reason for the TTC's series of modulbased air-cooled condensers and dry coolers.
These products are available today for delivery in over a hundred different types and sizes.
Batteries, air-cooled condensers and dry coolers, dimensioned all with the help of the database sizing program.
Product output is sent together with all offers if desired.

In addition to the standard design as specified in the product data sheet it can be adapted to customer's specification connector.

Surface treatment:
ttc's dry coolers and condensers are supplied as standard unpainted.
They can be supplied varnished or with another type of finish to customer specification.
ttc's cooling and heating batteries come partially painted.

Pressure Testing:
ttc's heat exchangers is supplied pressure tested and meets applicable laws and regulations.
